Mr. RAGHUNATHAN, Founder & Managing Partner

S.Raghunathan, Founder & Managing Partner, is a graduate in Economics from the Madras University. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has over 35 years of audit and consulting experience. He established the firm in the year 1985 and has built the firm on sound principles since. He has wide experience in various areas viz., Cost & management consulting, tax consulting, internal systems & operations, consulting for start up ventures apart from audit of corporates and Banks. He has also served as a Co-opted Member of the CPE Committee of ICAI and also a resource person of ICAI.

Mr. G.LAKSHMINARAYANAN F.C.A

He is a B,Com Graduate from the University of Madras. He is managing partner of the firm and a Fellow Member of the Institute. He has experience of over 28 years. He has a vast and wide experience in the areas of Bank audits (statutory, Concurrent audit, Stock audit, Revenue, Inspection etc..) , Statutory Audit of Public Sector Undertakings, Taxation etcâ€¦He heads the Bank audit and Taxation division of the firm.
